OBITUARY NOTICES FOR TODAY – FRIDAY, JULY 15TH

O’HAOIREACHTAIGH

The death has taken place of Aindreas Reamon O’Haoireachtaigh, known as Ray, Ceol na Mara, Kilbeg, Kilcar, Co Donegal, and late of Piper’s Rest, Kilcar.  At the Mater Hospital, Dublin.  Funeral arrangements to be announced later.  No flowers please.  Donations in lieu, if desired, to Cancer Research.

TOURISH

The death has taken place at the Donegal Hospice of Josie Tourish, 85 Admiran Park, Stranorlar. Peacefully, at the Donegal Hospice, Letterkenny. Sadly missed by his son Damien, daughter Donna, mother Maureen, sisters Noreen, Sally, Mary, brothers Michael, Francis, Thomas, Paddy and David, wife Ann, partner Doreen, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, grandchildren, relatives and many friends. Removal from Mc Cool’s Chapel of Rest, Navenney Car Park, Ballybofey at 4pm today going to his late residence. Funeral from there on Sunday morning at 10.15 for 11am Requiem Mass in the Church of Our Lady of Perpetual Succour, Glenfin, followed by burial in Glenfin Cemetery. Family flowers only please, donations in lieu if desired to the Donegal Hospice c/o any family member

DOHERTY

The death has taken place at the Ramelton Nursing Unit of Bernard Doherty, Ladden, Fanad. Removal from the Nursing Unit at 3PM today, going to his late residence. Funeral arrangements to be confirmed later.

DUFFY

The death has taken place at Letterkenny General Hospital of Patrick Duffy, late of Archview Lodge Nursing Home and formerly Ballyargus, Redcastle. Removal from his late residence at 6PM today going to St Columba’s Church, Drung. Requiem Mass tomorrow, Saturday, at 11am with interment in the adjoining cemetery.

O’CONNOR

The death has taken place at the Donegal Hospice of Jim O’Connor, 3 Marian Park, Buncrana. Remains reposing at his residence. Funeral from there tomorrow, Saturday, at 10.15am for 11am Requiem Mass in St Mary’s Church, Cockhill, followed by interment in the adjoining cemetery. Family flowers only please, donations in lieu if desired to the Donegal Hospice c/o any family member
