GAA: NOTAI GAEIL LEITIR CEANNAIN

With GAA holidays there was no fixtures last weekend.

It is expected that there will be League matches this coming weekend. Fixture details will be available at training. The U14s went down to Termon by a single point in a league playoff on Wednesday last. Final score 3.8 to 2.12 They play Moville in the championship in Páirc na nGael on Wednesday the 10th August.

The U12 hurlers had a home match against Strabane Shamrocks. With a large squad of 19 players available, Gaels performed strongly and finished with a convincing victory. All boys and girls hurled strongly restricting the visitors to 1 point. Next match is away to Setanta next Thursday, details at training on Tuesday 6.30pm

Camogie training continues Tuesday 6.30pm, new players welcome.
