Ballybofey man Mick Coleman is representing Ireland in the World Powerlifting Championships. He has been writing for Donegaldaily.com. Here is his last blog before he heads off to Estonia to do us all proud. Best of luck Mick!

“As I head off for Estonia this week the only thing that is left to do is thank all the people that made this possible.

First off all I am grateful to the management staff and of course the members from Énergie fitness Letterkenny. Not only do I work there, and have the support from all the team. The management very kindly paid for my hotel and expenses their generosity and kindness is endless.

The national Irish bank; Foryte Lynne house, who paid for my flight.

And to my friends at Irontec; Huge thanks for my bench shirt.

Luck will pay a huge part on Saturday firstly for me making the weight category, picking the right weight and lastly but most importantly, to find my way from the airport!!!

“In order to fulfil a dream, no matter how small, you need three things. The dream, the direction and the opportunity, without my great sponsors, Family and friends my dream would never have being possible. I thank you all.”
