New Website, New eZine, New News!

And the fun begins at Media Box. Well the secret is out and the team at Media Box have been taken by surprise at JSB’s public reveal over the weekend. The 2011 Irish Apprentice begins on Monday 3rd October on TV3 at 9:00pm and it seems there will be big interest in this year’s show. JSB has made the top 16 and to celebrate the Media Box girls went out on the town.

And we were practicing our moves “like Jagger” for our big New Year event that is in the pipeline. So stay tuned – you won’t want to miss the biggest event of 2012. We are thinking Friday February 3rd and we will be in touch soon with more details. But for now put that date in your diary!

The new Media Box website is going live this week and we’ve also re-designed our monthly ezine “Chatter Box” which goes out to 500 businesses every month. It tells the stories of our clients, trending media and of course exclusive Media Box news.

Today is the start of National Volunteer Week and the Donegal Volunteer Centre have a whole host of events lined up. A big one not to miss is FREE LUNCH FRIDAY that takes place in the Mount Errigal Hotel on Friday 30th September at 12noon. Come along and see what volunteering opportunities are open to you. Remember volunteering adds to your CV as well as giving you that warm feeling you get when you ”give”!

Presidential candidate Mary Davis will officially launch the new “Donegal Volunteer Corps” on Tuesday at an event being coordinated by Media Box at the Regional Cultural Centre.

Well done to the five award winners at this year’s DLDC LTD. Enterprise Awards which took place at Jackson’s Hotel on Thursday night. Small business is the future of our economy and the determination and passion on display during the awards ceremony demonstrates the great statistic that Donegal has the highest level of entrepreneurship in the country!

Michael Conway from Ardara scooped the overall award and he is on the Shaun Doherty Show on Highland Radio today so listen in to his amazing story of triumph. It will inspire you.

The week ahead brings an event, Media Box University PR Workshop, a post event PR campaign and a new web development project.

So we must run on, but Erin is on hand with a cuppa to get us geared up for the day ahead.

For more exclusives from the Media Box HQ why don’t you sign up to our newsletter here http://www.mediabox.ie/AboutUs/NewsletterSignUp You won’t want to miss out on any news from us this winter!

Our new website is now live at http://www.mediabox.ie and of course the daily goings-ons at Media Box is on display at http://www.facebook.com/mediabox
