The €50 winners in the Annual Lotto for Week 14 were Marcus Monaghan, Drumlonagher and Tony Cornyn, Summerhill. The numbers drawn were 4, 6, 18 & 21 with the jackpot now standing at €7,200.

Best of luck to our minor team management and players who play in the Division 2 Minor Football Championship Final against St. Nauls this Sunday at 3.00 pm in Mac Cumhaill Park.

The Under 13’s finished their league campaign on Friday evening with a game against Killybegs in Fintra. The boys produced a good team performance to come away with a 7.08 to 3.02 victory. Team and scorers were: Nathan Carr, Gareth Cleary (0.01), Conor Breslin, Fergal O’ Callaghan, Aaron Mc Crea, Joe Sheerin, Colum Mc Donnell, Thomas Mc Gowan (0.02), Jack Keaney (2.02), Ciaran Monaghan, Iarlaith Cox (0.01), Oisin Gorrell, Cian Hegarty (2.01), Patrick Forde (3.00), Eoin Slevin (0.01) Conal Timoney. The victory leaves Four Masters with five wins out of seven games in a tight league, which Naomh Conaill and Ardara topped with only one defeat each. The Under 13 management would like to thank players and parents for their commitment and support over the last two months.

Bord na nOg have arranged a Table Quiz to be held on Friday October 28th in Dom’s Pier 1 starting promptly at 9.00 pm. Again, we would ask as many parents as possible to come along to the quiz and bring teams of four. Entrance is €5.00 per person (€20.00 per team of 4) with meal vouchers for the winning team. There will also be a raffle on the evening and tea/coffee and sandwiches will be served courtesy of Dom’s Pier 1.

Bord na nOg will a Fancy Dress Party on Donegal Bay Waterbus on Sunday October 30th from 8.00 to 10.00 pm. This should complete our fundraising drive for 2011 with a bang and we hope as many parents/friends/family/neighbours – anyone you know will join in the fun and dress up for this fun evening. Admission is only €5.00 and prizes will be awarded to the most orignal costumes. Cara Pharmacy are sponsoring ”2 Luxurious Hampers, one for him and one for her”.

The club is hosting two SCRAP SATURDAYS on November 12th and 19th. Bring your unwanted SCRAP METAL items to Tir Conaill Park between 9.00 am and 4.00 pm on those dates. Items include – scrap cars, scrap steel, washing machines, gas cookers, copper, brass, stainless steel, aluminium, scaffolding, electric cables, lead, engines, electric motors, lead acid batteries, old gates, old farm machinery, cast iron fireplaces, etc. A collection service for heavy items or old machinery will be arranged if required. More details will follow in the coming weeks.
