DONEGAL DEATH NOTICES FOR FRIDAY, NOVEMBER 4, 2011

FRIEL

The death has taken place at the Donegal Hospice, Letterkenny of James Friel, 15 Lisowen Avenue, Buncrana. His remains are reposing at his home. Funeral from there tomorrow, Saturday, at 10.15am going to St Mary’s Church, Cockhill for Requiem Mass at 11am. Burial afterwards in the adjoining cemetery. Family flowers only, donations in lieu to Donegal Hospice or Nazareth House Patient’s Comfort Fund. Family time from 11pm to 10am.

ROONEY

The death has taken place at the Donegal Community Hospital of Una Rooney, née Sweeney, 17 Drumcliffe Terreace, Donegal Town. Her remains are reposing at her daughter, Maura Caldwell’s home at Main Street, Donegal Town. Removal today at 6.30pm going to St Mary’s Church, Killymard for Mass at 7pm. Funeral Mass tomorrow, Saturday, at 11am Burial afterwards in Clar Cemetery.

BOYLE

The tragic death has occurred of Martin Boyle, Toome, Lettermacaward and Chapel Road, Dungloe. His remains are reposing at McGlynn’s Funeral Home, Chapel Road. Removal from there today at 4pm going to St Brigid’s Church, Lettermacaward arriving at 5pm to repose overnight. Funeral Mass tomorrow at 11am with burial afterwards in the new graveyard.
