Donegal South West Senator Brian Ó Domhnaill will today attempt to seek an emergency debate on the proposed septic tank legislation in the Seanad. It will be up to Government and Independent Senators to support this request.
The motion will be put before the house during the Order of Business between 2.30-3.30p.m. today.
