HOUSES in Donegal are set to be offered for sale at an astonishing €21,000 at a property auction.

Five homes in Beechwood Park in Convoy will be the cheapest homes going under the hammer at the auction at the Shelbourne Hotel in Dublin on November 30th.

It’s the latest Allsop Space auction of homes.

The cheapest home – at 53 Beechwood Park – is being sold on behalf of the receivers Kavanagh Fennell for €21k!

It is a three-bedroom semi-detached house.

Other houses on the development are being offered for between €26,000 and €32,000 – some have four bedrooms and already have tenants.

A house at No5 Glenlee Court on the Kirkstown Road in Letterkenny has a reserve price of just €55,000. It is detached and has four bedrooms.

A hair salon and office on Main Street in Carrigart will also be included in the auction, with a reserve price of €35,000.

There are unconfirmed reports that protestors plan to picket the auction in protest at the banks.
