GARDAI have sent a file to the DPP after a drugs find in Letterkenny at the weekend.

More than €300 worth of cannabis was found in the raid which came after an investigation and €200 worth of other drugs were also seized after the operation on Lower Main Street.

Cash was also seized and one man questioned.

Sources say that the find was “relatively small” but was part of an overall strategy to disrupt the sale and distribution of drugs in the Letterkenny area.
