DONEGAL DEATH NOTICES FOR WEDNESDAY, JANUARY 18, 2012

PATTON

The death has taken place at the Donegal Hospice of Billy Patton, 25 Hill Head, Castlefinn. Remains reposing at his home. Funeral from there on Friday at 10.30am going to St Mary’s Church, Castlefin for Requiem Mass at 11am. Interment afterwards in the adjoining cemetery. Family time please from 11pm to 10am. Family flowers only please, donations in lieu if desired to the Donegal Hospice, c/o the Patton family.

KEE

The death has occurred of Arthur Key, New Row, Killybegs. His remains are reposing at his home. Removal from there on Friday at 10.15am to St Chartha’s Church, Kilcar for 11am Mass. Burial afterwards in St Mary’s Cemetery, Killybegs. House private from 11pm – 11am both nights. Family flowers only please.

GALLAGHER

The death has taken place at his home in London of Thomas Gallagher. His remains will be arriving at his son Gerry Gallagher’s residence at Raymoghey, Manorcunningham tomorrow, Thursday, at appoximately 2pm. Removal from there at 3pm going to The Star of the Sea Church, Bundoran arriving at approx 4.30pm. Funeral mass on Friday at 12 noon with interment afterwards to Finner Cemetery. Family flowers only, donations in lieu c/o The Donegal Hospice c/o The Gallagher Family

KEENEY

The death has occurred at Letterkenny General Hospital of Conal Hugh Keeney, Port Road, Letterkenny. Remains will repose at his home from 6pm today. Removal from there tomorrow, Thursday, at 6pm going to the Church of the Irish Martyrs, Ballyraine. Requiem Mass on Friday at 11am. Burial afterwards at Rathmullan Cemetery. Family flowers only, donations in lieu if desired to the Donegal Down Syndrome Association – c/o Pascal Blake, Funeral Director, Stoney Arch, New Line Road, Letterkenny.

McCOLGAN

The death has taken place in London of Tommy Mc Colgan, Culkeeney, Malin. His remains are reposing at his home in Culkeeney. Funeral from there on Friday at 10.15am for 11am Requiem Mass in St Patrick’s Church, Aughaclay, Malin, followed by interment in Lagg Cemetery, Malin.

McBRIDE

The death has taken place at his late residence of Charlie McBride, (Murry), Loughanure. His remains are reposing at his home. Funeral Mass on Friday at 12 noon in Star of the Sea Church, Annagry, with burial afterwards in the new cemetery. Strictly no flowers please –  donations in lieu if desired to the PSP Association c/o any family member.

GLENN

The death has taken place at Letterkenny General Hospital of Mary Glenn, Bonemaine, Bridgend. Her remains are reposing at her late residence. Funeral on Friday leaving at 10.15am going to St Aengus’ Church, Burt for 11am Requiem Mass followed by interment in Burt Cemetery. House private please between 11pm – 10am

DOHERTY

The death has occurred in Letterkenny General Hospital of Jimmy Doherty, Illies, Ballymagan, Buncrana. Remains reposing at his home. Funeral from there tomorrow, Thursday at 10am for Requiem Mass in St Mary’s Chapel, Cockhill at 11am. Burial afterwards in the adjoining cemetery.
