Comhghairdeas le Maedhbh Nic Giolla Bhride agus Sara Ni Dhochartaigh a bhfuil ait bainte amach acu ar fhoireann Dhun na nGall sa ras sealaiochta. Well done to our two athletes, Maedhbh Nic Giolla Bhrid and Sarah Doherty, who have scured their places on the Donegal cross country relay teams. Meadhbh finished in fourth position under 12, whilst Sarah finished in first pllace under 14. We wish them both the best of luck!!

Registration is now due so please contact Ita Gallagher or any committee member to get registered. 15 euro per child, 20 euro per adult and maximum fee of 40 euro per family. A follow up registration evening will be held shortly.
Training continues Wednesdays from 4:30pm to 5:30pm and on Fridays from 4:00pm to 5:00pm at Carrickfinn playing field. Sportshall athletics continues Mondays in Ionad Spoirt na Rosann, Dungloe at 6:45pm to 7:45pm.
5k series during February and March has been confirmed. The proposed dates for the three race series are February 5th at 11am, February 26th at 11am and March 16th at 6:30pm. This will provide the participants the opportunity to get out and train (run/jog/walk) in the knowledge that there is organized upcoming events that they can take advantage of being monitored in an organised event over the same course. This could be used by individuals as well as teams as a gauge of fitness pre season.
