DONEGAL has been hit by an earthquake.
Reports of the tremor in towns along Lough Swilly came in to us shortly after 1am.
Thunder was ruled out in the past hour as the cause of the eight second rumble which shook homes in Buncrana, Rathmullan and Ramelton.
We will have more once it is confirmed later today.
