A RISING star in English soccer has been linked with a big money move to the Premiership.
Ipswich Town’s second-year Academy keeper Conor O’Donnell is being eyed by Premier League trio Stoke, Blackburn and Bolton, according to one of this morning’s tabloids.
Irish U17 international O’Donnell joined the East Anglia Championship team from his local club Buncrana Hearts in the summer of 2010.
A regular for Town’s U18s this season, the 18-year-old is yet to feature in a first-team squad, although his Christmas break was cancelled so he could stay behind as cover over the festive period with Richard Wright and Cody Cropper both injured.
