Donegal are ahead by a point against Cork in the Allianz National League game at Ballybofey this afternoon.

The return of Michael Murphy and Colm McFadden has given Jim McGuinness’ side a bit more bite following recently disappointing displays.

Indeed it was Glenswilly man Murphy who found the net after just a few seconds of play to give Donegal the perfect start.

Rory Kavanagh, David Walsh and Eamon Magee have al ended up in the referee’s notebook.

Jim McGuinness will be satisfied with his side’s first half display with it all to play for in the second half.

Half time – Donegal 1-2 Cork 0-4.

Full report to follow at the final whistle.
