Rosses AC
The Grand Prix series of Road Races is up and running and last Friday night there was an excellent run by Helen McCready in the Ballyshannon 5k when she posted a time of 20:23. On Sunday last there was a number of athletes in the Gortahork 5 mile and Burtonport 5k. The Grand Prix 5k walk/jog/run will be in Annagry on Friday 25th May with a 7:30 start. Registrations in Sharkeys. The Rosses Primary Schools Sports day will be held in Carrickfinn on Wednesday 23rd May with a 10.30am start. The sports day is being organised by Rosses AC and details have been sent out to the schools. Again a reminder to all to ensure you have registered with the club and ideally wearing the club colors for races.
