GAA: CAVAN NAME FIVE DEBUTANTS IN TEAM TO FACE DONEGAL

GAA: CAVAN will start the SFC match against Donegal on Sunday with no fewer than five deubtants.

Robert Maloney-Derham, Brendan Fitzpatrick Kevin Meehan, Niall Smith and Ulster Under-21 medal winner Jack Brady will be in the line-up.

The captain of last year’s provincial U-21 title winners Gearoid McKiernan will also start after shaking off an injury.

There will also be a comeback by John McCutcheon for the Breffni Park qualifier (throw-in at 3.30pm), new Cavan manager Terry Hyland announced.

The winners of Sunday’s game will play Derry in the Ulster SFC quarter-final on June 16.
