Are you trying to keep fit and want an excuse to get out into the fresh air this evening?

Then there’s no better excuse than the Glenswilly 5k which takes place tonight at 7.30pm.

The organisers can’t guarantee sunshine and a light breeze.

But they can guarantee fun and a flat course!

Registration is at 6.30pm and the entry fee is €8 and children are free.

The emphasis of the 5k is on fun and you can either run or walk (or hop if you prefer).

All proceeds of the event goes to the underage teams at Glenswilly GAA club.

Who knows – your entry fee could go directly towards training the new Michael Murphy or Neil Gallagher!
