DONEGAL WOMAN IS STAR-STRUCK ON TRIP TO NASHVILLE

A well-known Donegal woman whose day is to put on the best entertainment in the county at the club where she works was herself entertained – during a star-studded trip to the USA

Letterkenny Voodoo club manager Elaine Boyle is currently enjoying a trip to Nashville.

And one of the people she met is actor Charles Esten of the hit ABC show named after the home of country music – Nashville.

She also had a chance to chat with Gary Lightbody from Snow Patrol.

“I’m on holidays and you meet random people out here,” said Portnoo woman Elaine.

“With Gary Lightbody he was a lovely person and great to chat to.”

Actor Esten Actor Charles Esten, who plays Deacon Claybourne on ABC’s Nashville, made his Grand Ole Opry debut on Saturday.

Original ‘Nashville’ songs performed by or featuring Charles have been released on iTunes by ABC Studios and Big Machine Records, including “Undermine” featuring Hayden Panettiere, “Back Home” and “No One Will Ever Love You” with Connie Britton.
