GAA NEWS: GLENSWILLY CLUB NOTES

Scór

A big thanks to everybody who supported the club in hosting the county final of Scór na nÓg. The club cultural committee appreciated those members who helped back stage, front stage, in the kitchen and outside in the car park. Thanks to Fergus and Margo for providing their expert service and all of the county cultural committee who cooperated to ensure a first class county final. Congratulations to everybody who took part and we hope to see you all back in Glenswilly on Friday December 7 to support the county SCÓR team managed by Con O Donnell. Well done to Aoife Marley, Caitriona Duddy and the Nuachleas team who were all execellent in their performances.

 

Music Classes

The introduction to musical instruments for children class in cooperation with Ceol na Coille which takes place in the clubhouse each Friday will finish soon and classes will begin in December for anybody who wishes to learn or improve their ability to play a musical instrument.

 

Circuits continue in the hall on Monday evenings, while conversational Irish classes take place on Wednesday from 7.30 to 8.30. Adults and over 12’s only.

 

Lotto numbers this week were 4,6,21,24 and Match 2 winner was Columba Devine. This week’s sellers are Gerard McGinty and Brendan Walsh.
