AA Ireland has issued an urgent warning to motorists about ice on many roads in Co Donegal tonight.
An Atlantic front will bring sleet to the county later, with snow on the hills before temperatures reach 6C tomorrow and bring a thaw.
Donegal Daily has had reports of icy conditions on roads in south Donegal this evening.
AA Roadwatch says roads in Letterkenny are also poor.
