GARDAI HUNT FOR MEN AS CAR CRASHES INTO SCHOOL FENCE

Children at a primary school in Inishowen had a lucky escape when a car smashed into the fence outside the school.GARDA LOGO 3

Students at St Aengus’ school at Bridgend had not started arriving at the school when the incident happened.

It is understood that the car smashed into a fence and that three occupants then fled from the car juts after 8am.

It is understood that the men fled on foot towards the border – just 300 yards away.

Nobody was hurt during the incident.

Gardai are carrying out a full investigation into the incident.
