AGM:

The club will hold its AGM on Sunday 3rd March 2013 in the clubhouse with a 3pm start.

This is a very important meeting for the club and all members are kindly asked to attend and throw their hat in the ring for the various positions.

Nomination sheets can be obtained from out going Secretary Stephen Mc Loughlin and who has requested any new people wishing to join the club to come along on the day.

Seniors:

This Saturday 9th February our senior team will start the season with an early defence of their title with a championship match against Fulham Irish at The Scrubbs.

The club plan to start training in the coming weeks so don’t be expecting any fireworks in this encounter, throw-in is at 2pm.

London County team:

The county football team got their season underway last Sunday at Ruislip with a National league game against Offaly.

London produced some excellent football in the opening half and went in at the break with a two point advantage. Sadly in the second half they were playing on the back foot with Offaly upping the ante and cruising away to a 1-13 to 1-5 win.

Well done to all involved particularly the Gaels lads of Mark Gottsche, Caolan Doyle and Eoin O’Neill.

Paint Balling:

The club has booked paint balling for 30 people for the 23rd of February in Maidenhead.

Tomas Chucky Gribben is in charge of the operation and has asked anyone who is interested to let himself, Damien Keane or Kieran Wall know by this Wednesday 6th to finalise numbers with the company. Total costs for the day are £25 per person.

You Tube Sensation:

Bar manager Adrian Juicy Byrne is quickly becoming the new club celebrity.

Adrian who recently was on another snow boarding holiday in France was recorded sleeping on a mini bus and suddenly awoken by his colleagues.

Check the link http://youtu.be/9aVsRx8BMkU to see the clip which has now been viewed by over 200,000 people (half by himself)

He will be available for autographs this Saturday from 12 to 6pm!!

Club Visit:

The club will be hosting the BallyLanders GFC from Limerick for a friendly match on Saturday 2nd at Greenford. More details will follow when available.

Race Night:

The club will be hosting a race night at the Three Wishes pub in North Harrow on Saturday 9th March at 8-30pm.

Race cards can be obtained from Stocker with horses costing £5 and £30 to sponsor a race.
