GAELIC GAMES: SEAN MacCUMHAILLS GAA CLUB NEWS

REGISTRATION/MEMBERSHIPSean MacCumhaills

There is an adult registration night this Thur 21st from 8.00pm. Any one wishing to play or be part of the club should attend.

Registration fee’s are €30 per adult, €15 per juvenile, family member is €70. Registration fees have to be paid for by 31st March. If you have not paid by this time, you lose voting rights at the AGM.

 

SENIOR FOOTBALL

We’ve had great numbers at training over the last number of weeks. We have a tough draw in the Senior Championship, with Ardara, Four Masters and Glenfin in our group. We have two away games and one home. The hard work begins now lads. We have St Mary’s, Convoy in the Junior B and Under 21 Championships.

 

TRAINING

Training for all adult players continues Tue and Thurs at 7.30pm sharp.

U6 Boys and Girls. Astro pitch. Wed 5.30pm.

U8 Boys and Girls. Astro pitch. Wed 6.30pm.

U12 Football. Training resumes on Sat 23rd Feb 10.00am in the Handball Alley. Bring runners.

U14 Football. Tue and Fri 7-8 both nights.

 

TRAINING PITCH

Notice to all managers. The training pitch and County pitch are closed for all teams for another week at least. Please make alternative arrangements ie Drumboe or Astro pitch.

 

COACHING VACANCIES

We currently have a number of coaching vacancies for the current year for the following teams:

Boys football – U16’s

Girls football – U14, U16 & U18

Hurling – U14 & U18

Camogie – various teams

IRISH DANCING CLASSES

Irish dance classes every wed in Gaa centre 6 to 7 pm and 7 to 8 pm also Saturdays 4 to 5 pm and 5 to 6 pm qualified tutor reg with coimision le rinci gaelacha.

Adult keep fit non competitive Irish Dance Lessons will begin shortly. For further information contact Lorraine on 087 1261349

 

3G ASTRO TURF PITCH

State of the art 3G Astro pitch is available. Please contact Terry O Reilly(0866095347) for times etc

 

MAC CUMHAILLS LOTTO

There were no winners of the lotto this week.

Numbers drawn were 7,8,10 and 26.

There were 2 match 3 winners. K Mulhern and Sinead Foy receive €75 each.

€2 weekly or a yearly subscription for the Club Lotto is €100

€5 weekly or a yearly subscription for the Club Lotto is €240.
