Scór Sinsear: Congratulations to our Scór Ceilí Dancing Group, Catherine Harvey, Cathy Mc Hugh, Caroline Gallagher, Kathleen Kennedy, Roisin Campbell, Aisling Lowther, Gloria Gallagher and Ann Marie Conaghan, who became County Champions last Friday night in Glenswilly. They Know go on the represent the County in Derrygonnelly on Saturday 9th of March in the Ulster Semi-Final of Scór Sinsear. Commiserations to our Ballad Group, Alan Mc Groary, Sean Gallagher, Rachael Mc Groary, Ann Kerrigan/Mc Groary and Mairín Kerrigan who were unfortunate not to get the adjudicators nod even though they acquitted themselves superbly and were most entertaining.
White Collar Boxing: Well it’s the final few days before the big night and the tickets have sold very quickly there are still a few left on sale for €15 each and available from the club officials, The Abbey Hotel, Sheerin’s Londis and Texaco. They are selling fast so would be advised to get one ASAP and not to wait to the night itself, don’t be disappointed as it is sure to be a great night.
Club membership: Still available for 2013 please get it as soon as you can to help facilitate the club registrar.
Reminder: To all parents with any underage boys or girls going out to train this year that every child needs to have a gum shield as this is now compulsory in all clubs from GAA headquarters. All managers need to really reinforce this new rule also. No gum shield, No training or No playing in a game.
Congratulations: To Pauric O Donnell of the Abbey Vocational School and all the U-14 Team on reaching the Ulster Mc Devitt Cup Final. St Nauls are strongly represented on this team so well done to our boys and best of luck in the final. Also congrats to Patrick Boyle, Drimarone, on reaching the U16 Vocational School’s Ulster Final with Carrick. All the best to him and his team in the final.
Workshops: There will be a goal keeping workshop in ballybofey’s MacCumhaill Park. This is a free workshop for any managers, coaches or players to attend.
The level 1 coaching course will be held in Four Masters now in the first 2 weekends in March for those who have signed up already just a quick reminder.
