St Naul's GAASt. Naul’s Club News

Slotto: There was no winner of this week’s jackpot. Numbers drawn were 2 3 7 6 4 1 5. The consolation prize of €80 went to Jodie McInaw, Mountcharles. Next week’s jackpot will be €2,300. Thank you all for your continued support.

White Collar Boxing: The big night is all over and it went out with a bang! The club would like to thank everyone involved in helping out and organizing in anyway. Very special thanks to all the boxers for taking part and putting on a great show, you were all winners. A big thank you to the huge crowd also that turned out to support and provided a great atmosphere on the night. To all the sponsors for their great support and Donna Gormely for her creative designing for the posters and excellent program. To the St. Johns Boxing centre for the use of the boxing ring, thank you. Lastly a huge thank you to Eddie Gorman and his fighting fit team for training and preparing the boxers so well and providing the equipment, corner men, judges and referee on the night, it was all so professionally done.

Club membership: Still available for 2013 please get it as soon as you can to help facilitate the club registrar.

Reminder: We need to again emphasize to all parents with any underage boys or girls going out to train this year that every child needs to have a gum shield as this is now compulsory in all clubs from GAA headquarters. All managers need to really reinforce this new rule also. No gum shield, No training or No playing in a game.

Congratulations: To Pauric O Donnell of the Abbey Vocational School and all the U-14 Team on reaching the Ulster Mc Devitt Cup Final. St Nauls are strongly represented on this team so well done to our boys. Also congrats to Patrick Boyle, Drimarone, on reaching the U16 Vocational School’s Ulster Final with Carrick.

Workshops: The level 1 coaching course will be held in Four Masters this weekend again for those who have signed up already just a quick reminder.
