The sentencing of the killer of Donegal journalist Eugene Moloney has been moved – because it falls on the anniversary of his death.
Gary Burch, 21, of Kennington Close, Templeogue in Dublin has admitted the unlawful killing of the Inishowen-born reporter on June 24th, 2012.
The date ofr sentence had been set but the prosecution said this had to b changed for “obvious reasons.”
Burch will now be sentenced on June 17th.
