Training continues on Wednesday and Friday for all age groups at the new time of 6-7pm. Fit4Life group in Carrickfinn on Monday and Wednesday at the earlier time of 6 pm. Walkers and new members welcome. Coaches: Elise Gillespie and Sinead Diver.
The Thursday evening session at the Industrial Estate in Gweedore will continue for another few weeks up to the North West 10k where we will look to get a strong showing from all senior athletes in the club that day. Good luck to Patricia Boyle in Australia. Patricia has put in a huge effort with training the children over the past few years and she will be missed by all.
Well done to the athletes who won honours at the Donegal Schools Sports. We also had a number of club athletes competing in Phoenix Park at the weekend and some PB’s were achieved.
