Our u/16 girls made the long trip to Castlebar, in the national cup, where after a 3-3 draw they won 4-2 on penalties. Orla Friel, Amy Boyd and Ciana Brogan scored in normal time.
Our ladies second team opened their season with a 2-2 draw away to Glenree Utd. Ava Duncan and Amy Boyd were the scorers.
Our u/14 girls continued their good start with a win over Kilmacrennan Celtic. We held our schoolboys presentations on Friday night. Thanks to all who helped on the night.
Our u/10’s are stiil playing so their presentation will be held later on.
In our weekly lotto the numbers drawn were 1,18,19 and 23. Twelve people had two numbers with Marty Quinn being drawn out and winning €50. Next weeks jackpot is €4150.
Our mens teams AGM is on this Sunday in the hall at 8.00pm. Anyone with an interest in the club is more than welcome.
