GAA NEWS – ST.MARY’S. CONVOY SENIORS BEATEN BY ROBERT EMMETS

Training for Senior Ladies on Wednesday from 7 -8.15pm and Friday from 7.30 and Sunday at 12.30pm

New Players are always welcome. Junior Ladies beaten at home by Killybegs. St Marys’ Gabrielle Gallagher was in brilliant form in nets and pulled off some fine saves . Seniors are away to Kilcar details at training on Wednesday .

Gaelic for Mothers and Others takes place on Wed at 8.30 new player always welcome.

Training for Underage continues on Fri evening from 6-7pm with new players welcome

U 8 had a home blitz well done to all who took part .

U10 s are away to Mc Cool on Sat 22nd Bus times Raphoe 9.40

Convoy 9.50 and Drumkeen 10am.

Well done to all the U12 boys and girls who travelled to St Michaels in Boyle Co.Roscommon for challenge games they had a brillant day and thanks to St Michaels club for being so welcoming and friendly we hope to return the favour sometime in Sept Thanks to our coaches who travelled with the children without you this wouldnt be Possible .Thanks to Maire, Aine, Mairead, Martin, Elaine and Conor who organised the trip. We also stopped at Seamus Reilly’s (Aines Brother) Memorial and had a quiet reflection and his nephew Jack placed a little flag on it Thanks also to Gerry Mc Laughlin our bus man .

U14 Girls Training Sat Morning next game on Thurs Manager will let girls know details .

Reserves didnt have a game this weekend

Senior men were beaten at home on Sat Evening by Robert Emmets final score 2-10 to 1-12 a disapointing result for the lads who went in at half time 9-2 up but it wasnt to be .

Next game is the Championship playoff v Moville Venue etc TBC.
