The final moments of Donegal journalist Eugene Moloney are to be shown in court today.
The reporter, who came from Fahan, died when he was struck in the head after an unprovoked attack in Dubin city centre in June last year.
The attack is to be shown in curt after the dead man’s brother Sean asked the judge to show the incident.
Sean admits he has never seen the CCTV footage and is sure he will be shocked by the last moments of his brother’s life before he died.
Gary Burch, 21, has admitted to Eugene’s manslaughter.
Sean said his family are also looking to identify a nurse who came to his brother’s aid just seconds after he was struck.
He said his family want to thank her for her kindness in trying to save Eugene’s life.
