mark mchugh Mark McHugh will miss Donegal’s All-Ireland Qualifier against Laois on Saturday.

McHugh suffered a perforated eardrum, concussion and a quad muscle tear in the early stages of Sunday’s Ulster Final defeat by Monaghan.

“I’ve just had the three most boring days of my life,” said McHugh today after being released from hospital last night.

The Kilcar player was hurt in a collision with Monaghan player Stephen Gollogly.

McHugh’s brother Ryan is among the contenders to be drafted into the Donegal starting line-up after a great performance against Monaghan.

Declan Walsh and David Walsh will also be in contention to be drafted into the Donegal side.
