THE RnaG Donegal Senior Championship quarter-finals will go ahead as originally planned in mid-September, the Donegal County Board has announced.
The fixtures had been the subject of some confusion following the county’s team’s exit from the All-Ireland series, with next weekend among the dates put forward.
Last night however the County Board fixtures committee – the Competitions Controls Committee – has reverted back to the weekend of September 14 and 15.
Kilcar will take on Glenswilly, defending champions St Eunan’s play Malin while Sean MacCumhaills will take on Killybegs and Gaoth Dobhair will play Ardara.
The intermediate semi-finals will take place on August 31 and September 1.

MacCumhaills v Killybegs – Venue – Tir Chonaill Park, Donegal Town (6.30pm)
Sunday September 15th,
