WALKING TO FITNESS BEGINS HERE!

Do you want to start getting fit or back to fitness but would liek to start gently?

Then the community walks programme could be juts the thing for you.

They are suitable for anyone over 18yrs who is unfit but would like to change their life style and become more active.

The first 4 weeks are inside and consist of gentle stretching and exercises. The following 8 weeks involve short walks with warm up/down exercises.

The Programme will begin next week in the following locations:

• Cara House, Letterkenny

Tuesday 3rd Sept at 11am

• Ionad Padraig, Dore

Monday 2nd Sept at 4pm

• St Brigid’s Youth Centre

Thursday 5th Sept at 10am

• Trinity Hall, Dunfannaghy
