Our u/16 girl’s national cup run came to an end at the semi-final stage on Sunday. Despite a committed performance they lost out 3-0 to a very strong Salthill Devon side. The girl’s deserve a lot of credit for their efforts in the competition, having overcome some good sides to reach this far. Emma Toye, Erica Wilson and Zoe Mc Glynn were our best performers on Sunday. Our ladies team face Greencastle Fc in the Ulster cup final, next Sunday in Maginn Park, Buncrana. Our men’s team completed their games in the Brian Mc Cormick cup when they lost 3-0 away to Curragh Athletic. They have a free Sunday this week, with the league starting the following week. In our weekly lotto the numbers drawn were 3,11,17 and 24. Thomas Hamlyn and Robert Mc Connell both had three numbers and won E25 each. Next weeks jackpot is E4525.00.
