The man, who cannot be named, was charged with the offences at various dates between 1984 and 1987.
All the offences took place in West Donegal.
The man, who wore a blue jumper, only spoke to plead guilty.
Barrister Desmond Murphy SC, said his client was currently in jail and wanted all matters dealt with as soon as possible.
“He accepts what he did and he wants to get on with it,” he said.
The case has been put forward to the next sitting of Donegal Town Circuit Court for sentence.
