DONEGAL WIN FOURTH VOCATIONAL SCHOOLS TITLE IN A ROW

David McCarronMANAGER Joe McKelvey led Donegal Vocational Schools to a fourth straight success with victory over Cavan at Brewster Park, Enniskillen.

In a superb battle, the Donegal lads eventually won out with goals the difference – 3-13 to 1-13.

Darach O’Connor was the hero on the night – and a supersub at that.

He came on 13 minutes into the second half and scored two goals and two points – and set up Donegal’s third goal.

As tactical changes go, McKelvey couldn’t have got it more right.

No wonder O’Connor is being tipped for future senior success for club and county.
