The Minor Board AGM took place on Thursday night in the Clubhouse. The following Executive was elected: Chair – Vacant (Paul Hannigan acting); Vice Chair – Cathal Greene; Secretary – Gerard McGinley; Asst. Secretary – Tom Ferrie; Registrar – Anne Forde; PRO – Paul McGovern; Team managers were also elected on the night with only one position to be filled, that of U16 Div. 2 manager. All interested parties should contact Gerard McGinley 086-1585185 asap.
The Minor Board Presentation is set for Sunday, January 12th in the Mt. Errigal Hotel from 3pm – 6pm. Tickets will be on sale shortly.
The club will act as hosts to this year’s County Convention this Sunday, Dec. 15th. Anyone available to help out on the day is asked to contact Charlie McAteer on 087-2668633.
The Senior Board AGM will take place on Sunday, January 5th in the Clubhouse at 2pm. Nomination forms will be out shortly.
Girls U10 training is in the Convent Gym on Wednesday’s between 6pm and 7pm followed by U12’s from 7pm to 8pm, cost is €2. U14 Girls training is over for 2013 and will return in mid-January.
The Friday Hurling Academy has moved indoors to Game On every Friday between 6:30pm and 8pm, cost is €3.
There were 4 winners in this week’s Lotto Draw that matched 3 numbers and win €25 each. Sharon Ferguson, The Grange; Gerard Devine, Harmony Hill; Brian & Emer McGeehin, Tullygay and Pauric Halvey, Meadow Hill. Next week’s jackpot is €1,025.
