Kennedy, an Independent candidate from Donegal Town, believes that Donegal Town needs representation at local council level in Lifford.
Donegal Town has been without public representation for over five years now, and Kennedy feels that constituents in his area need to have their concerns voiced in Lifford.
Kennedy notes that many of his constituents are disillusioned with the current political system, and is urging them to vote Independent and vote for him on May 23rd.
