The Donegal minor team have been in sparkling form in the opening thirty minutes of their Ulster MFC clash with Derry at Celtic Park.  donegal gaa logo

Donegal have completely dominated the match, and have been by far the better side.

Donegal have kicked three wides, but have been economical in possession and have used the ball wisely.

Michael Carroll, Caolan McGonigle and Jamie Brennan have been instrumental in the opening period for Donegal.

A well taken goal from Jamie Brennan put daylight between the sides, and Derry will find it hard to find a way back into the game.

Donegal lead Derry at half-time on a scoreline of Donegal 1-06 Derry 0-03

Donegal manager Declan Bonner will be delighted with the performance of his young side, and he will be hoping they can continue their performance in the second-half.
