DDTV: GARTH BROOKS FAN PENS NEW SONG – ‘IF THE CONCERT NEVER COMES’

A Garth Brooks fan has penned a new song in the wake of the cancellation of two of his Croke Park gigs.

The country western superstar had planned to play five concerts at Croke Park later this month.

400,000 tickets were snapped up in record time, and some fans even queued for days to ensure they had tickets for his concerts.

However, the decision made by Dublin City Council to cancel the fourth and fifth concerts, has now put all concerts at risk, as it looks increasingly likely that all five concerts will now be cancelled.

Brooks issued a statement last night in which he stated, “It’s five or none at all.”

One fan decided to pen a song to the tune of Garth’s hit song ‘If tomorrow never comes’ aptly naming it ‘If the concerts never come’.
