GAA NEWS: CONVOY MINORS FACE TRICKY ASSIGNMENT AGAINST LIFFORD THIS WEEK

St Mary's ConvoyConvoy GAA Notes

Bingo Continues in Hall at 8.30 on Tuesday.

Club lotto 5 people with 2 counties.

Barry Harkin Convoy x 2, Mary Patton bingo, Ed mc Gurk Convoy, Paul lynch Convoy next week jackpot €3600.

Can all players please remember to pay their €2each week for the lotto all monies raised go towards the running of the club and clubhouse and Pitch maintenance.

Massive thanks to ALL from children to coaches, parents and our fab helpers who once again made this years Cul Camp such a success.

114 children took part all week in the fun and games at St Mary’s Pitch.

Special thanks to Gabrielle Gallagher for the lovely photography she captured the real spirit of the camp.

Hope everyone had a great time

We had 2 teams away to Letterkenny Gaels for the U10 blitz the green team won 2 out of 3.

The gold team also won 2 out of 3 everyone really enjoyed themselves.

Thanks to the Coaches for looking after them and the great support from parents.

Training for Senior Ladies Wed from 7 on Fri 7.30 and Sun at 10.30 New Players are always welcome Seniors Ladies are away to Four Masters and Junior Ladies will be Playing Malin Check FB for details .

Gaelic For Mothers and Others Training Wed 8-15 well done to all who travelled to the Blitz at the weekend.

Emmet Kelly opens the scoring for the Home side and then Gavin Sweeney finds the back of the net 1-01 to 0-0

Mc Cumhaills points but Ryan Kettle scores two points to keep the home side ahead 1-03 to 0-1 Mc Cumhaills start to settle in to the game and with 5 points in succession the sides are level 1-03 to 0-06

Ryan Kettle points to keep the home side ahead going in at the break.1-04 to 0-06

Mc Cumhaills start the brighter and the sides are level again but points from Jack Blake and Benny Bonner and Dean Bonner see the Home side pulling away 1-07 to 0-07

But Not for long as Mc Cumhaills find the back of the net and the sides are level once more .

Emmet Kelly points for St Marys and Gavin Sweeney finds the back of the net for the second time 2-08 to 1-07 .points from John.A Kee and Shane Mc Laughlin keep the home side ahead and a point from Mc Cumhaills .2-10 to 1-08

But this game is far from over as a goal from Mc Cumhaills put the pressure on the home side 2-10 to 2-08 .
