Fit-Hub is excited to announce the start of CrossFit Kids.

Providing a healthy lifestyle for our children is essential for their health and well-being.

CrossFit can help kids grow up healthy and strong and develop life-long fitness habits which will give them the correct foundation to avoid common problems associated with childhood inactivity and obesity.

CrossFit Kids is a great way to help us teach our children about fitness!

It is FUN, and allows the kids to be engaged both mentally and physically.

The beauty of CrossFit is that it is scalable, meaning that people of different ages, with different levels of ability, can do the same workouts.

The workouts are modified according to ability.

At CrossFit Kids Letterkenny, the summer sessions will begin Monday July 14th and will run:

Monday & Thursday from 10am – 11am for 6-8 years old

Tuesday & Friday from 10am -11am for 9-11year olds

At only €5 per class, our kids programme is designed with focus on Fun workouts, body weight gymnastics, Exercise skills and Games.

“Inspire a lifelong healthy approach to training & exercise in a safe & fun environment for our children”

For more information on CrossFit Kids or on any of the other programs Fit-hub Letterkenny have to offer please contact one of the team:
