A Letterkenny businessman has promised to cut the price of his petrol to try and ease the pain of Donegal’s loss at Croke Park yesterday.

Mairtin Kelly

Kelly’s Centra Topaz at Mountaintop has decided that for the next four weeks to give away 5c per litre of peoples petrol/diesel bill if they spend €50 in either the shop & diner or a combination of both.

Owner Mairtin Kelly said “I was at the match yesterday and I know how disappointed people will be. So to help lift their spirits and help with the costs we’re giving away 5c off petrol or diesel when they spend €50 in the shop or diner or a combined purchase from both.

“It’s not the Sam Maguire but hopefully it will help folks get over the loss at Croker.”

All the promotion details are available on Kelly’s topaz / Kelly’s diner FB page or check instore for details

Finally Mairtin urged fans to welcome home the side this evening in Donegal Town.

“They’ve done this county proud over the last four years and we should all thank them for that,” he added.
