Gardai in Letterkenny investigating the robbery of a post office in Manorcunningham, on Saturday have said today that they have charged three men.

“They will appear at Letterkenny District Court at 10.30am on Monday,” said a Garda spokesman.

The charges all relate to an incident at Manor post office in which three men armed with knives and hammers wrecked the premises before making off with cash.

They were stopped by Gardai in Killea.
