Arena 7 management are looking to recruit TWO Chef de Partie to work in their award winning restaurant.

Arena 7 management are looking to recruit TWO Chef de Partie to work in their award winning restaurant.

Arena 7 are currently attempting to recruit TWO Chef de Partie for their restaurant which caters for a high volume of customers.

Successful applicants would find themselves working in a busy kitchen which requires a high level of service, quality daily food preparation and the ability to work under direction as well as taking the lead when required.

Person Specification

The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 to 4 years’ experience in a similar position, be flexible and will be required to do shift work.

The successful applicants will be required to work on their own initiative and also be very much a team player.

The successful candidate must be able to work under pressure and maintain a consistently high standard.

The applicant must be qualified in HACCP and be able to work under direction.
