JUNIOR A CHAMPIONS -CLG IORRAS: A great weekend for the club with the senior men being crowned Junior A Champions on Sunday evening in Mac Cumhaill Park, Ballybofey.
A fantastic display from all the team saw them come out on top by 2-09 to 0-08 on the day over Naomh Ultan.
After the disappointment of losing last years final it was a great feeling and sense of pride for all involved with this team.
CLG Iorras wish to thank all the players, Danny Kelly and his back up team for all the effort put in this past year and wish them all the best in Ulster against the Cavan champions on November 2nd in Cavan.
The club also wish to thank all our supporters who came out in big numbers to Ballybofey on Sunday night, it was great to see all the colour and hear the noise.
LADIES JUNIOR B FINAL: Our Ladies team contested the Junior B Final on Saturday in Newtown. The girls had an excellent first half but were beaten by a stronger team on the day.
Final score N Mhuire 3-09 Urris 4-03. Not our day but a great young team and better days ahead.
Great achievement in reaching a County final. Again, the club wish to thank all who came along in big numbers to support the girls on Saturday.
U13 DIVISION 3 FINAL: The U13 boys are in the the Final against Downings this week, at the time of notes going to press time and venue not confirmed.
