TRIATHLON NEWS: LETTERKENNY 24/7 ANNOUNCE TRAINING SCHEDULE

With the Triathlon season well and truly finished, the club and the members turn their focus on winter training.

It is over the winter months that the foundations are laid for the 2015 races. For those who have an interest in joining the club, you will find plenty of support and help from the coached training sessions and from the members.

The club has gone from strength to strength in the last few years and athletes of all abilities are welcomed and encouraged. 2015 Triathlon Ireland membership and Letterkenny 24/7 Club membership has now opened.

Club training schedule

Tuesday:Track Session Aura 7.45pm E5 charge

Wednesday: Pool Session Aura 8pm E5 charge (only 36 per session and club members)

Thursday: Long run Aura 6.30pm

Saturday Club cycle Aura 9pm (see club Facebook page for details)
