image-4A special event to celebrate the diversity of food, culture, song and dance in the North West is being held at the Regional Cultural Centre this evening.

People are invited to bring along some food from their culture and share it with everyone who attends this event, organised by Raphoe Justice & Peace Group.

Bring along a dish and share it with others to mark World Food Day on Thursday October 16 from 6.30-8pm.

Also at the Regional Cultural centre is a fantastic exhibition of artwork by talented teenagers in Donegal.

This is the 18th annual Súil na nÓg 2014 exhibition of Junior Certificate Art from Donegal Secondary Schools and is presented in partnership with the Donegal Art Teachers Association.

From collage, sculpture, portraits and fantastic designs, the exhibition room is brimming with creativity.

A lot of hard work has gone into each piece and the exhibition is open to the public.

For school or group viewings please book in advance at the Regional Cultural Centre on 0749129186.
