GAA NEWS: GLENSWILLY GET THEIR DUCKS IN LINE FOR BINGO NIGHTS!

The next monthly meeting will take place Tuesday 28th Oct in Clubhouse at 9pm. Lotto numbers this week are 1,5,10,14. Match 2 winner is Padraig Ferry from Annagry. This weeks sellers are Tommy Marley and Seamus Callaghan.Glenswilly GAA Club

Congratulations to our Girls Under13s for reaching the County Final on Nov 8th. They defeated Convoy in the Semi Final by a margin of two points.Our Seniors had a fantastic victory over Termon in the County Quarter Final at O Donnell Park last Sunday afternoon and now await the winners of the replay between Glenties and Ardara. The semi is scheduled for 3pm Sunday 26th in O Donnell Park.

The Club is delighted that Bingo is back at the club on Wednesday nights at 9pm. This should be a fantastic evening for all the community and everyone is welcome, prizes on the night are approx €2000 so well worth attending. Please pass on the news to all your contacts and hopefully we get alarge crowd.

Circuit training is now starting in the Clubhouse every Monday and Wednesday at 7pm under the Tuition of Brian Crossan.This is a mixed class so all are welcome. The first class starts tonight at 7pm.

Sunday 26th of October is the night of the Boxing-Battle of The Swilly 2, all our fighters are now primed and ready to do battle. There is also an opportunity to see our Two County stars Neil and Michael strut their stuff in the half time fashion show hosted by Michael Murphy Sports. Tickets are on sale at either of the two Sandwich Co shops, in Michael Murphy Sports and The Silver Tassie. You can also pay at the door on the night.Tickets are €20 each.

Last years event turned out to be a great nights entertainment and no doubt this years will be even better, so come along and enjoy a great nights craic.Any queries regarding the night or for tickets contact Bryan or John on 086 7887774.
