3D Issue, an international market leading developer of digital publishing software, is seeking applications for a software tester to join an innovative development team in enhancing and maintaining our software and online services.
The ideal person will have a keen interest in computing, online technologies & apps.
They will be self-motivated and meticulous in their work effort.
Skills and experience
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science from a Third level Institution.
Manual testing experience, while not essential, is beneficial.
Must be comfortable working in different mobile, tablet and desktop environments.
Must have a good eye for detail and the ability to create rigorous software tests.
Ability to quickly familiarise yourself with new software application
Responsibilities
Creating and conducting detailed tests.
Recording defects and spotting potential issues.
Communicating findings to developers in a clear fashion.
Performing regression testing and retesting fixes.
Collating/analysing data and tracking progress.
Ensuring the software is of a high quality.
